Regula Dhedhi
Greetings! My name is Regula Dhedhi, and I work as a Lecturer Faculty at SFSU as well as a Health, Wellness, and Lifestyle Coach. Wanting to move away from my corporate career, I enrolled at SFSU as a student in 2001, graduating with an M.S. in Exercise Science and becoming a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEPA). In 2010, I returned to SFSU as a lecturer faculty, though I still work with clients and patients to this day. I love this field because it allows me to have a hands-on role in improving the lives of others both physically, mentally, and qualitatively, whether they be my clients or students. I also enjoy the learning that comes with working in exercise science, as there are always new observations and discoveries that move the field forward.
