Born and raised in Switzerland, I decided in 2001 to permanently leave my career in business and relocate to the Bay Area and start anew. In 2002 I enrolled at SF State in the Kinesiology Department and began a new adventure and career. Today I work as an Educator and Health and Wellness Coach. Apart from teaching various classes at SF State, being an ACSM Certification Workshops National Presenter, I also volunteer as a parent educator teaching a K-6 health promotion curriculum at a local Elementary school. In addition, I continue working with patients and clients in a clinical setting at a Wellness Clinic in the East Bay providing services as a Diabetes Educator, clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-cEP) and Energy Practitioner.
