
John Penacerrada
John Peñacerrada is an accomplished Master Exercise Professional with extensive experience in fitness programming, corporate worksite wellness, exercise therapy, and strength and conditioning for most populations. He’s deemed an expert with proven success in the areas of health and wellness/fitness management with over two and a half decades of field work. He received his M.S. in Kinesiology at SF State University and has been a part of the faculty since 2006, teaching exercise classes, theories in Strength and Conditioning and Intro to Sport and Fitness Management. In addition, he is the Director of Fit Plus, a staff and faculty wellness program, serving the SF State community while serving as a mentor to our student intern-instructors.
